Bloods whilst on cruise

First time I’ve cruised inbetween cycles and tbh I’m pretty happy with these generally. I need to drop the test dose ever so slightly but it’s a good marker.

only slight concern is the ALT - I don’t drink alcohol at all and my markers have been fine previously so the test is the most likely reason (it’s been over 3 months since last blast with orals and var was the finisher). Thinking that keeping some TUDCA or NAC in the stack consistently is the best plan.

any thoughts on these at all gents??

A lot of things can elevate liver enzymes. Strenuous activity, sth in your diet.

if it is one-off thing and only slightly elevated (as it is) i wouodnt worry too much.

thanks bro, activity could play a part as I run a lot for a 225 lb guy. Was surprised my crp was so low (0.74) tbh, guess turmeric does work 😂

I’ll keep an eye on it though. I had liver issues in my alcoholism days (7 years sober) so it’s one I pay extra attention to....

I really wouldn’t think your cruise dose is to blame for that slightly elevated ALT and as mentioned above plenty other factors are problably to blame before the test imo. It’s barely barely out of range and I really wouldn’t worry about it I’d just check it again in a few weeks or a couple months.
