Context. 700 levels are optimal for me but lower than the endos are wanting their patients since the goal is mid high to high range. On a 320-1250 scale, 700 levels are not high at all- obviously.

1250 is high for anyone, where like I said 900 is high for a 21-22 yr old, at 40 yrs old, 700 is high. Your DHEA is almost 1/3 or more less of what it is at 40 as it is at say 20, so 700 is high at 40.

Wouldn't that depend on the reference range used?

Not really, 259 ng/dL is low for anyone unless you are a female or a male over say 70 yrs old OR if you free test, test ok which is possible also.
