Went heavy on my first cpl lifts today to see how Vasomax reacts to low rep heavy sets. Well I think I'm going to only use this for lighter and higher reps workout bc the chest pumps I got today was a whole other animal.
I wasn't half way through my second incline when the swole was so sick it actually hurt to contract the pecs. Don't get me wrong i like it, but man it actually made the rest of the workout that much harder to do. Plain and simple I think going heavy low reps gets this stuff deeper in the underlying fibers and pumps it up from there so by the time the outer swell happens you're so engorged beneath the visible surface makes it that much more of a deeper thicker pump feel.
Again it's that cool uncomfortable feeling but if I do this type of rep range again on Vasomax I think a half scoop would b more than enough.

Bench lying leg raises 3x15
Last rep each set I brought it up into a dragon flag and went super slow on the negative to really fry what was left of the abs

I had a picture today of my chest all pumped psycho style but dumby me trashed it by mistake.
