Went heavy on my first cpl lifts today to see how Vasomax reacts to low rep heavy sets. Well I think I'm going to only use this for lighter and higher reps workout bc the chest pumps I got today was a whole other animal.

I wasn't half way through my second incline when the swole was so sick it actually hurt to contract the pecs. Don't get me wrong i like it, but man it actually made the rest of the workout that much harder to do. Plain and simple I think going heavy low reps gets this stuff deeper in the underlying fibers and pumps it up from there so by the time the outer swell happens you're so engorged beneath the visible surface makes it that much more of a deeper thicker pump feel.

Again it's that cool uncomfortable feeling but if I do this type of rep range again on Vasomax I think a half scoop would b more than enough.

Man! Good work! I did back and biceps today. I usually keep my sessions around 45 min but today went 70 min. Was feelin it! Love reading logs like this. Gives me new ideas and keeps me motivated.

Went to a different gym today bc I was in a different part of the city. It was cool but the cables were a lot harder than the ones at the other locations I work out at. That said I really don't know exactly what the weights lifted were fir the cable work bc I can't see the drop in what I'm able to do at much heavier weights at the others to what I got today.

Then I went way too fast and didn't set up properly and tweaked low back again, same damn spot I hurt it two weeks ago going for 435. This week it was on 365 something I regularly hit 3-4 reps.

So I dropped down to test it out. Got 3x5 225,275,325. Didn't want to push it anymore after that. Very disappointed though bc every time I dead I wind up tweaking something. My forms good I just lose focus or rush the pull or what not and then boom. I don't want to, but I may just have to say sayonara to the lift altogether. But we'll see.

Did not hit cardio bc of low back today. I have an hour long session as part of a job interview if u believe that in the am so I'm crossing fingers and toes I'll be up fir it tomorrow.

Lats got a real deep pump. I don't knuw about u guys but lat pumps are just the best. No other feeling like walking around with your entire back swole so wide. Bis got a nice pump too but that's to be expected and vasodilation has stayed consistent every time out.

The focus I haven't mentioned recently but it's superb every session so far.

This am I had a class over at orangetheory and I have to say it was really fun. It burned 1082 cal in 1 hour. Non stop hiit. Well worth it fir anyone looking for a cardio blast. Part of their intervals focused on core so cardio and abs taken care of this am here

This product is cray consistent. The pumps are always deep full and fir me at least take hardly any time to kick in. Today, with how tired I was from the am cardio blast, I needed the focus and Vasomax def came through.










Tried to get some good shots of the sick rear delt pump I had going but these are what I got, phone kept falling out of my hand lol

But u can def see the vasodilation and the pumps even a striaton or two in the one frame

I've seen orangetheory we don't have them up north though. For cardio I just use my wife's Planet Fitness. It's decent for cardio, and a great laugh watching the people trying not to grunt.

My fiancé is a former competition kick boxer and I did jiu jitsu so we really enjoy kickboxing twice a week as our cardio then maybe once every other week we will do grappling. Makes cardio fun for us.

My fiancé is a former competition kick boxer and I did jiu jitsu so we really enjoy kickboxing twice a week as our cardio then maybe once every other week we will do grappling. Makes cardio fun for us.
So honestly..... who wins in a fight?

She's a better kick boxer than I am. Her form is perfect. Her father was on the US Olympic team back in the day so she grew up with it. We have two totally different views on stand up fighting lol. We have never sparred (LOL) but grappling I win every time. I use it to teach her and show her how to get out of holds and stuff. It's fun for us :)

Yeah I hear ya. Just hate when they happen. I think the biggest thing for me is I actually look forward to squatting and taking them away from Kiev day, albeit necessary today, kind of deflates the sails.

I had to take off today. 3 days in a row killed me. So sore! Gonna need my HyperMax XT and VasoMax tomorrow.

And I understand man! But sometimes things happen. Don't let it get you down and come back the next training session full of motivation, rest and energy.

Either my bottle got a little shorted or I've been taking heaping scoops and not realizing it. I only have estimated about 4-5 workouts left where 25 workouts would've lasted to the 7th. So about 3 scoops or so difference. Just so everyone knows.

Starting new job on Monday so going to have to switch lifts to pm going forward so updates won't be til late next week.

This routine change is brutal. Going at night where it's just so damn crowded is sucking the love out of me fir hitting the gym. The constant cooling off bc u can't get a db or can't get a station is insane. And there's actually a f in line fir the damn cardio machines. Ppl just standing there watching ppl jog etc. amazing it's the same gym.

Great pumps and crazy veins but still disappointed I can't seem to get a full workout in bc of the crowds at the gym. How do normal ppl get built bc I'm telling u it's been so rushed trying to get to the gym after working and frustrating bc of everyone there.

Me neither. I can barely make it to work on time. If I do a morning workout it's HyperMax XT and VasoMax mix, otherwise I can't deal lol.

My gym has been packed also. I go to an old school gym filled with IFBB men and women but it's never been this packed before. I feel the pain.

Well guys it seems I just can't win. Gym was actually doable today, crowded but had no prob getting one of the racks. However I couldn't freaking lift fir ****e today, damn hip from a cpl weeks ago started acting up again. It sucks bc I gave it time, I avoided deads and squats last week and it felt better so thought I'd hit this last Vasomax leg day strong. Wasn't going fir prs but wanted to do close to what I'm used to. I was shooting fir a 5x5 with 305 as the peak but didn't even come close lol

The pumps just exploded in the quads on that leg press. For u guys that dig wicked quad pumps. Go moderate weight fir 15-20 reps while using Vasomax and they'll do the same for u

Tomorrow will b fun I guarantee it. Gym will be empty bc it's Friday night(hopefully) and I'll b doing either chest/back ss day or arms.

Last night I did my chest back ss workout after work and it went really well, like I thought not many ppl interested in lifting on a Friday night. After finishing a cpl of us walked across the parking lot and saw Logan. If u like wolverine Check it out.

Final review

Vasomax is without a doubt the best pump product I've tried and I've tried a bunch over the years. My pump product before this was performix pump, and when I really wanted sicknpumps went with pj by gaspari. That product though is a little tough in me though but the pumps are unreal so I deal with the effects.

Vasomax gives u very very close to what pj gives but zero of the negative effects I get with that at all. It far surpasses pump.

The pumps are not superficial in nature. They are deep getting all the fascia and deep fibers expanded. It creates this crazy fullness st times where it's a "cool" uncomfortable feeling, where u just don't think it's possible to move that body part anymore. The pumps last way longer than any product I e tried and while I'm not typically a fan of using pump products for leg day it really is cool having super pumped quads abs calves deep into the night after legs.

A lot of these types of products and e had to cycle bc by the end of a bottle I noticed diminished returns in pump production. Not the case with Vasomax at all. The pumps I got in stature were the same today with the last scoop as they were on day one with the first.

An amazing secondary feature of this product is the extremely clean and lasered in focus Vasomax provides. A lot of products toss some mood enhancer or nootropic in and make focus claims,knowing the consumer will prob take a pre or another focus product and won't know the difference. This produced without a pre or anything else that could produce a focus effect at all. Very pleased with this surprise.

This is my new pump product going forward, it just does what it says it does and does it damn well. I imagine it stacks great with any press well as it's non stim. If I have the cash I'm going to try a triple stack of nootropicmax, hypermax and Vasomax and I believe based on formulations that each product will mesh amazing to create a truly cool experience.

I thank Performax riballa, Cubsfab815 and muscleupcrohn for giving me this opportunity and letting me experience the type of quality Performax puts forth. And also for having the patience with how long it took me to start this log. If any future opportunities to log products arise, I hope the detail and description I've provided in this log would be a case where Performax would want me to apply for that opportunity.
