Back and bis today with some cardio
Permaswole at one heaping scoop and cannibal ferox at a level scoop taken 30min pre
Had a crazy pump today that lasted for a hr after I was done. My bicep peak was popping today and I was just mirin
After the workout I did 30 min on the elliptical but was exhausted from my cut

Nice man!! I'm going big tomorrow with a very solid scoop of Ferox and 1 Permaswole for a lower power day. I can't wait!

Just finished a upper body lower body split and I'm totally exhausted.
Thank god for cannibal ferox - it still hits as hard as the first day
Permaswole pumps are insane - my upper body hypertrophy day the pumps here hurting lol

Been so busy only had a chance to get in one workout the past few days.
Running low on Ferox and gonna order a few tubs. This is by far my favorite pre to date.
Energy is still insane from just one level scoop, its amazing how i havent built up a tolerance yet. the stim blend is just top notch and the focus aspect is what really makes it shine.
After a hour of doing Chest, tri and shoulders i blasted through over 30 min of fast paced cardio. Cannibal ferox really does last and give smooth energy throughout. I wanted to do more cardio but time was running short lol
