Popped my morning dose and off to the gym

Hammer strength shoulder press

50 dumbbell x 10 supersetted with side last raises - form was not 100% on those side raises but damn they felt good
Did that for 5 sets

Side and front side raises
25x10 for 6 sets

Pump was getting unbearable atm but worked through it

35x8 for 3 sets

Low cable raises
15x failure for 5 sets non stop

Cross cable flys
5 sets till failure

Machine shoulder raise
4 sets to failure

Still not feeling any different from major gains. Think of upping it to 9 caps a day. 12 caps would be sick but thinking 9 might be good. Any suggestions ?
 
I think that would be fine to do. You could give it another week or so at 6 caps. It hasn't been that long since you started taking it. You may just need some time at 6 caps a day.

I will keep it at 6 for now. Thinking of picking up another bottle and dosing at 9 per day do go profile. But I’ll keep it at 6 for this log.

My gym just got a bunch of new stuff that will be great for arm day so im actually looking forward to arm day this week lol

$20 a month and can use any in the nation. I used to travel a lot for work so I used to use many locations.

Yeah, the gyms in my town that actually have a decent amount of equipment are quite a bit more than that. We do have a PF that only charges $10 but I can't stand their mantra and won't give them my money. Lol! So, most of the time I lift at home or for free where my daughter takes taekwondo. Definitely jelly of that nice purdy equipment though!!
 
Monday was legs and abs
Yesterday was chest day
Today is back day

Keeping calories the same and pretty much the same food every day. I have not noticed anything different yet (lifts,weights,mirrors....) and can’t wait for the pa to start kicking in. It’s one of the ingredients that really treats me well and makes me feel full all the time.
Today is going to be dead’s , rows , reverse flys and bent over rows mostly. Will report back later.

Breakfast today is a oatmeal bowl with coconut milk and berries
I added 2 tbsp of freshly made peanut butter
 
Took my 6 major gains pills for the day. Having carbs with breakfast has made me extremely hungry all day lol. I’m so used too just having 4-6 eggs plus turkey bacon and guac/avacado for breakfast.

That's my daily. I'll have oatmeal with some pb and cinnamon in it with eggs. Breakfast of champions:) I use to just do oatmeal with PB and two scoops protein.

Oh I love the oatmeal! A key go to meal while working it oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein, chia seeds and raspberries. I love it cold!

Today was arms day

Weighed in this morn cold -239.5 - been the same weight pretty much the past month

Like always my arm days are meh. Never get in the mood to kill it. Barely slept last night also played a huge part in it. Don’t think anyone wants to read about a bunch of curls and tri pull downs lol

Food today so far
Breakfast was oatmeal with berries

Meal 2 was grilled chicken , sausage and bok choy

Wife wants Panera tonight so will be having cheddar broccoli soup and steak sandwich with avocado

Still no change in anything
 
Arnold presses hurt like a mofo

Yea I typically will do them like weight high rep just for a good pump, otherwise if I go to heavy i worry more about hurting something rather than focusing on the lift.

I usually don’t go over 35 lbs when I do them
I rather feel a great pump than ego lift
 
Today was leg day

Today I woke up very tired and very tired throughout the day. I actually took 2 15 min naps today. But when I hit the gym at 6:30 am this morning I was flying high!!!! Wild thing really had me going today and the flavor is pretty solid. It’s too much of a kitchen sink style pre but if it gets me going I’m good with it.

Started off with my usual knee warmups
Seated hyper extensions
Started with 160 lbs and after a few sets I drop the weights when I hit failure and keep dropping it by 10 lbs till I hit 80lbs

Did about 10 sets easily
Next is hamstring curls and did the same as above
Squat racks where taken so I hit the leg press - started with 315 and kept adding plates and lose count lol. I did 15 sets because all the squat racks where full the whole time.
Legs where wobbly so I needed my session on legs
Started doing some abs and was like chest is tomorrow but I feels great. Why not do it now I have 45 min to kill lol
Incline press

205x8 for 4 sets
185x0

Only thing I notice that changed actually my wife did - she said my penis looked very thick and I had a erection that lasted forever last night and this morning lol
