Blood works question

I am currently running a M4OHN cycle.
The plans are to run it for 6 weeks then do bloodwork and if ok I am thinking of doing a couple of weeks of Superdrol.

Question:
Looking at some of the sites that offers bloodworks I find a million different tests.
Could someone tell me what I need to order? I am confused.
