Blood Work shows Low Test

Hey guys,

Just got some blood work and everything looks ok but the test does concern me a bit. I attached a portion of my results. I'm 28 years old. This blood work was done 7 weeks after I finished PCT. My test measured at 346 ng/dL. What do you guys make of this? Would it not be a good idea to cycle again? TRT? Appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, no (stupid, I know).

Well there are plenty of people on here with more experience then myself, but I would consider running another PCT preferable a different SERM brand, what did your PCT protocol look like? (dosages, which serm, how long?)

My PCT was 5 weeks long and consisted of:

Nolva (40/40/20/20/20)
Clomid (100/100/50/50/50)

Also ran HCG (250IU x 2/week) during cycle.

Weeks 1-16: Test cyp 750mg/week
Weeks 1-8: Tren ace 150mg eod
Weeks 9-16: Masteron 150mg eod
Weeks 9-16: Anavar 80mg a day

That is a serious cycle so this might be out of my league but posting this info is good for anyone else with some knowledge to chime in, personally I would run another PCT but maybe just the first week of clomid at 100 then drop down to 50/50/25 along with dropping the nolva down to 10 in the last week. Depending on if you got pharma serms look into a different brand bc possibly bunk serms. Also try to supps along with that PCT for example King's Blood during PCT followed by 8 weeks of Testify following PCT then do more bloodwork to see. Good luck to you but personally I wouldn't run another cycle until recovered although you really don't know if you have these values going in....

I've done several cycles also (although not recently) and your levels are about exactly where mine have been for at least the past 7 years (I last did gear in 2005). My test has come back at 370-390 ng/dl most recently 369 at age 34 despite vitamin D level at 42, and a regimen including IF, brazil nuts, tocotrienols, high sat fat diet. I definitely have hypogandism symptoms at this level (erectile issues, low energy, low mood/motivation).

Currently I am trying to raise my levels with KSM-66 600-1,200mg per day, Zinc Picolinate 30mg/day, and 3 tbsp. coconut oil/day.
KSM-66 has been shown in several studies to give about a 100pt boost in t levels over whatever your baseline is, so you might think about adding that. I am on day 5 so far and do feel better though it is hard to tell if it is due to higher test levels.

Perhaps another round of hCG/clomid could help along with herbals like KSM and/or LJ100?

Sorry hopefully you don't have the same longer term issue I do but I'll tell you my levels have never come above 390 without clomid even though I've been off gear for literally 12 years.

See the thread I linked for more info as I will be getting another series of blood tests done in about 6 weeks to see if KSM and zinc etc made any difference.
