Blood work help

Hi all,

I got my bloods done last August and they were as below:

Test - 17.6nmol/L
SHBG - 26.5nmol/L
Prolactin - 370mU/L - high
Oestrogen - 92pmol/L
LH - 7.9iu/L
FSH - 7.4iu/L

I tried to tackle the prolactin with inhibit P after those results in November

I’ve had them redone and they are now as below and I’m a little confused/concerned.

Test - 14.7nmol/L
SHBG - 23.6nmol/L
Prolactin - 415mU/L - high
Oestrogen - 48pmol/L
LH - 9.2iu/L - high
FSH - 6.8iu/L

The high LH and lower test and oestrogen have confused me. As well as the raised prolactin 3 months after running inhibit p

Can anyone shed any light on these bloods

Thanks

Really need more info., like any anabolics or cycles you’ve ran recently, changes in diet, any problems with low Test and high Prolactin before, any new medications you’ve started recently etc. But to be safe I would discuss with your Doctor or maybe find an Endocrinologist if you haven’t ran any anabolics lately or started any new meds.

I ran dermacrine and xi-kt last summer and did a full tamoxifen pct but nothing since. The first blood test was about 4 weeks after pct and then I hadn’t run anything between the 2 tests.

No medication at all, nothing in diet changed etc.
I think my test has always probably been on the lower avg side but my LH has never been that high and prolactin always in normal range. The higher LH and lower test is what’s concerning

I’ve had mixed opinions and some saying the levels are fine…. Very confusing.

Yeah your readings in England are a little different than ours in the US so I looked it up. It said anything over 324 Prolactin is High, and your Test levels are within range. So truthfully not sure what could be causing the higher Prolactin levels. Dermacrine shouldn’t raise Prolactin, so I would get with my Doctor just in case there is something medically that could be causing it. The Test is within range and LH is a little high, but those shouldn’t be much to worry about. Maybe someone else will chime in with more info.
