Blood work for Testosterone/etc. please comment

Hi all, I am a 26 year old male with a sometimes low sex drive and mood swings. Sometimes I have difficulty maintaining erections and sometimes not really. I managed to get a blood test focusing on some sex hormones and I was curious if anyone could comment on these levels for a 26 year old male.

Free Testosterone - 1.34 ng/dL ( Ref. Range .95 - 4.30 )
Testosterone Level - 323 ng/dL ( Ref. Range 240 - 1048 )
Follicle Stimulating Hormone Level - 2.3 mIU/mL ( Ref. Range 1.6 - 11 )
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 20 nmol/L ( Ref. Range 13 - 71 )
Estradiol - 30.3 pg/mL ( Ref. Range 11 - 32.1 )
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone - 2.11 uIU/mL ( Ref. Range .50 - 5.20)
Prolactin - 5.4 ng/mL ( Ref. Range < = 18.0 )



Any comments from anyone knowledgeable would be helpful. It seems like, as far as testosterone goes, I am on the very low end, just above abnormal. I am wondering if I should go see an HRT doctor.

yes talk to a hrt clinic. PM me if you want some info on my doc and clinic. good prices. im almost 26 and in your same range
 
I agree with DT5. Even though your results are with in the "normal" range, IMO your free test and tt test are way too low for a man your age. Your E2 is too high as well. You should have your t on the high end of the scale and your E2 should be around 20. You probably feel like crap with these numbers. Find a TRT or HRT doctor.

Yes you need to seek a good HRT dr..What state are you located in?
Dr john is located in the mid west and other good TRT may be closer. Some times you have to spend alittle in order to get the best. People have come 2,000 miles or more to me for help as well.

wait till u have 50 posts, and PM me before you deal with any other clinics. my dude has the best prices no ****. i dealt with some shitty ones in the past that screw you over big time.

What part of CO are you in? Thats much closer to Tx than lansing. I am in dire need of a TRT Dr as well.

very low for your age. You definately need to see a doc.
 
your estrogen levels are affecting the sex part of your porblems. what are your lh levels? Since your only 26 a HRT doctor cant legally give you test but you can HCG and medication to bring down your estrogen levels and pills to help with your sex problems. I used a great HRT group down in florida

Well that's not true unless he is talking about getting a script without actually seeing the doctor. You can do that with HCG I have been told.

You sure you're not overtraining? If you're a gym rat, you can take out your T pretty easily for several days...
