Blood work. Are these considered normal

I have used prohormones a few times now , for some reasons I just used OTC pct and was fine until noticed gyno. Treated with liquid tamox and pes erase was fine but a month later after finishing it's starting to return... I went and had blood work to see if I had high estrogen and these were my results...I am 22

Total testosterone: 577 ng/dl
Free testosterone: 10.2 pg/ml
Estradiol : 33.9 pg/ml
 
It says I'm within normal ranges for everything .. Barely with the free test though 9.3 was the minimum. What could cause gyno to return ? Prolactin ?
