What's the consensus about working out before having blood drawn the following morning? I hear some people take a few days off, some just the day before and still others that don't seem to worry about it at all.
I guess what I'm getting at is which is better, readings that show the state I am normally in (working out basically every other day) or take time off before blood draw to see what my levels are without any exertion?
