Blood test results

Hey guys, so as you all know I have secondary hypogonadism and have been dealing with it for a while. Well, the doctor I met with tested me and I was 85ng per dL and my lh and Fsh are still crashed. No wonder I’ve been feeling like crap. However, I’m only being prescribed hcg , no clomid . I’m still getting t4 and getting that bumped from 50-75. I’m just surprised. 85 is extremely low and honestly I’m ready for TRT. I’m apprehensive about hcg and would rather just clomid but who knows. May just grab some clomid from PRE or MA but yeah, what do you all think? I should mention that this is a clinic and the doctor is a NP . He’s a cool guy but I just don’t understand HCG only. HCG seems to be very estrogenic as well.

Some Drs try other means before ones they prefer not to use.

Just go for it. Keep some tamoxifen and an AI on hand in case titties freak out, but you won’t know until you try it. You may love it.

Yes , very true and I'll do that. He's going to monitor me too as I expressed that concern

nothing really to lose at this point

Yeah ratiowise it’s quite high, but on a practical level...it’s a healthy level to be floating around the body. You probably are healthier for it being there than something very low like
The doc can give things like an AI, but you will be waiting bloodwork usually to prove estrogen is an issue on the HCG, meanwhile gyno is aching and forming. Better to have RC tamoxifen on hand from the get go if there’s a flare. When gyno comes on, you need to be able to respond fast - you don’t want to wait a week.

^ 100% agree. ^

Ah , no wonder. Ive been gaining a ton of water bloat and just feeling estrogenic after that week and a half of mdiaz.
Doctor actually changed his mind and is using clomid at 25mg for that reason of my ratio.

I started taking PRE aromasin that I had on hand with a little dim and a pct product/test booster with arimistane. You can tell I’ve lost some dryness but this has been after taking this. Mind you, I feel so much better after starting the aromasin

I noticed the facial bloat like a week into it too. 😂 horrible and my face is usually death face looking which I like, so this sucked. Noticed Gyno started to flare and become more puffy . However, I’ve been suffering low test for A LONG TIME and it seems like I usually get random flare ups of estrogen. Guess I may have ran it during a flare up. I just get it where I gain a ton of water. It usually occurs when transitioning from winter to summer. That’s what I’ve noticed

you can tell I lost a lot of dryness. These were after aromasin.
Also , I feel as though estro/ hypogonadism is causing my thyroid problems and not the other way around

guess it’s all a learning experience

Definitely won’t be touching any gray market PH , or designers again. I’m still wondering if it was bunk because that sure af felt estrogenic

Be careful with emotional side effects and it can cause vision issues in some people, don't every take Cialis with clomid.

Yeah , I am worried about those side effects. Wish he just wrote me for some more aromasin. my rat is responding very well to arom. I mentioned nolva instead, but that was a no and he wasn't familiar with it which kind of scares me.

Any other sides I should know about? @Smont recommended 25mg eod

Why should they be avoided together?
Cialis can cause vision issues too, in some people. I read an article of a guy that accidentally dose Cialis to high and lots vision in one of his eyes. If you look up the medical side effects for both clomid and Cialis they both can possibly cause vision issues. That's one reason if I was taking both of them I would not take them on the same days I would take them on opposite days just to be safe. Honesty the only issues I've gotten from clomid was the occasional floaters in my vision. But my wife was taking clomid for fertility issues, at around 100mg for a couple of days and she said the vision issues were crazy.

So this is definitely just your opinion then. Which is fine, but you should have clarified.

Because there’s only 2 drugs listed as avoid/potentially avoid for Clomid, and Tadalafil isn’t one of them. Saying some fool took an overdose and had vision issues isn’t really reason for everyone to avoid sensible dosing altogether. And Clomid doesn’t need to be dosed anywhere near 100mg daily for a man, more like 20-25mg Ed/eod.

Google pde5 inhibitor and vision and there are whole bunch of articles

If you want to risk it go ahead but vision issues can become permanent.

I will risk it. Because I have used both of these compounds at low, sensible doses prior in a PCT and have found no vision issues with either. And there is a fertility study I found in my very first google search involving women taking 100mg clomid and 5mg sildenafil each for a week, staggered over 10 days. There was ZERO dropout due to side effects if you read the entire study:

Pretty sure a grown man who finds he has no issues with either drug at low doses would be fairly safe to try them together. Again, a quick search shows NO contraindications between the two.
