Blood Test Jan 2012-Total Test=213 and Free test=82 Do I need TRT?

I am 46 years old. 5'7"; 185 lbs and 13-15%bf.

Total Test 213
Free Test=82
My doctor says my levels are fine, no TRT.
Do you agree or should I be looking for a new doctor in the South Side Chicago area?
