I've been running GVT with very close to guidelines in the typical infamous GVT articles. I went to the doctor's yesterday for a routine exam and found that my systolic blood pressure dropped by EIGHTEEN points since starting GVT.
I can't see anything other than the GVT training that has changed over the past 4 weeks.
Last reading was about 4.5 weeks ago at 128/80 IIRC. That's pretty typical for me as I fluctuate between 125 and 135 over the past 10 years. Again, yesterday's reading was 110/80... no joke. Very unexpected response and I'd have to guess that the short rest periods are what made the difference :dunno:
