Does anybody here donate while on cycle? Is it fine to wait until after the cycle? I already read through some forums on the subject, but was just curious to your thoughts.

Giving blood during cycle isn’t a bad idea. A lot of drugs increase RBC count which thickens the blood. Donating helps decrease the amount helping to “thin” the blood so even if they say they can’t use your blood it would still be good to donate
