happens anytime I eat 10k+ calories in a sitting haha

but as mentioned, the impartant factor is finding what caused it... ate something different? more of it? new supp? atrificial sweetners (very often a culprit)? depending what causes it can change how you react... it could be anything from a legit dietary intolerance or allergy to just "too much" of something

Midol ? ......J/K

When I get a sour stomach I try a "reset" by using activated charcoal - 1 to 2 servings, note this will turn stool black and hard. This cleans out the stomach and removes any out of balance bacteria. Then I use a cycle of Glutamine + FOS + acidophilus + any natural probiotic like in real yogurt or drinks.

Stress, is a major component as well.

As already mentioned an allergy or intolerance - go natural & avoid gmo, look for sources of chemicals in your diet, public drinking water that's treated, spectracides on fruits/veggies, some soaps, shampoo's, deoderants, can all contain toxins to the body.

2 and 3 are pretty much the same unless you're using an isolate... whey is dairy-based. Sounds like you have a bit of lactose intolerance.

Yes, lactose intolerant but whey isolate also bloats me.

Solutions I’ve tried so far:
1) Cut our all gluten and wheat
2) Added probiotics.
3) tried Betaine HCL

everything bloats me, but look at a puffer fish, they grow huge when eating then skinny when theyve processed the meal.

but i eat big three times a day. decent probiotic helps but the carbon thing didnt do anything for me either (if you eat well, it will naturally balance you dont need to purge the body just like you dont need to detox, it detox itself all the time).
