bloat - what is to blame?

i have been a bit bloated over the last couple of months, some days it is barely noticeable, but occasionally i look almost pregnant which i would like to avoid.

using the following:

neovar recomped

lipoderm ultra. prior to this i did a bottle of napalm.

recreate (just started yesterday). bloat was happening way before i started this.

boditronics express whey (isolate, concentrate, casein mix) - with breakfast & pre/post workout or early evening. prior to this i was using just whey.

i have just finished 2 months on RPM & drive. another possible suspect is milk. i probably drink 500ml a day.

i switched to these products fairly recently, so i am guessing one of them is to blame. i had assumed it was neovar or lipoderm, but im wondering if i might have developed a slight lactose intolerance from all the milk, plus the extra cassein in this whey blend.

diet is clean, but not ultra-strict. carbs at breakfast and evening meal. body fat is around 14%.

anyone give me any pointers as to what is mostly likely to blame? thanks.
 
It is very likely that the milk/cassein/whey blend is making you bloat a little. You could try taking some lactase pills as this more often than not will clear up moderate lactose intolerance issues, or you could temporarily substitute milk for water and cut milk out completely for a little bit. You could also try some extra fiber in case you are having other digestive problems. Other than that I know people who bloat up while taking most creatine supps so it could also be the neovar or a combo of that and a few other things but it would be best to try the lactase/milk thing first.
