Bloat clearance "Androgen-Mediated"

I've gotten a fair bit of bloat (I hope its just bloat and not visceral lard) from my cycle and am curious as to how long it generally takes for other's bloat to go away Post-Cycle. For me its usually 2 weeks or so.. If there is any way to speed up this process, please let me in..

I've found that for me, bloat sticks with me until I reduce the carbohydrate intake in my diet.
