4 weeks left to start!... im almost set, just need to get a few goodies to start, i have all the gear, i just need supps and some ancilliaries.
-so ill start a low carb diet today:
no more than 100-150 carbs (ill try to leave em at 100 and no more), zero sugar, and much protein and healthy fats. this is my cutting phase so i can be as lean as possible for the cycle and also more healthy. A week prior the cycle, ill cut my carbs to 50 g and up the protein even more. water depletion, ect.
need some inputs and adjustments, i updated the first post, ill leave the superdrol at 10 mgs x 2 weeks and 3rd week ill up to 20 mgs, my superdrol is liquid form and it expired on febreaury

... its already opened, its still okay?

its been in the fridge since january... my tbol (liquid 2 by primordial) expired on august, but its completely sealed and also in the fridge, so im sure its still good for when i use it (december), only concern is the opened sdrol.
And well, the past few weeks, i havent trained at all, just did some cardio (specially jumping rope), slight weight lifting, and ive been eating pretty badly, ive been saving money for this cycle, so cant spend too much in nutrition now, all supps i get i save em for when i cycle), altho, this monday ill start again, and get back on track, i look leaner tho (rough sex play an important role as well LMFAO), im gonna post pics on here in 3-4 weeks and then of course, log the cycle on the "cycle info" section and post pics every 2 weeks... im updating on here by now so you guys can throw me your 2 cents if i need to change something.
ive been putting too much effort on this (im quitting parties by now as much as i can, in fact ive sometimes switched parties to be here researchin LMFAO, and ill avoid alcohol and tobacco from now as well (altho im only an ocassional smoker LOL but i do love alcohol on weekends, so you get how hard it is

), im doing a lot of sacrifices, so i expect success, come with me and enjoy with me
BTW current weight is 170 by now... i expect to be 175 again before i start, and look leaner (almost as i did look on my avi).
