Blast as an energy drink or a preworkout supp?

Is Blast more designed as an energy drink replacement or a preworkout supp? Either way when I see it for $32 for 75 "servings"...let's be generous to Red Bull and say $.50 per serving for Blast, and I see a can of red bull for $2+ I wonder why I'd ever by Red Bull...unless of course I want a bunch of sugar or aspartame instead of the hydrating goodness of Poseidon.
I'm not a huge fan of stims in general but like them once in a while on a weekend night when going out drinking with the buddies or something..or if I need that pick me up when I just don't feel like working out but I know I should. BTW, what's the shelf life on an open container of Blast? Can I keep it for a few months and just use it once in a while? I'm probably tossing this and Poseidon on my next order and hoping to do it soon to get in on some more free clumpy Poseidon I just don't use stims or energy drinks very often so 75 servings might last me a while.

For just a good overall energy boost, 1sc works perfectly. For more of a stim effect shoot for 2sc pre-wo. The protocol works great. As for the shelf life, as long as it's stored properly your set.:thumbsup:

Poseidon and Blast will mix instantly in any beverage of your choice. Now BLAST is citrus flavored, but Poseidon is unflavored and will mix with anything without causing a change in the way it tastes.

Crystal light is great, as would be any other drink mix(that's the beauty of a neutral powder product). Propel, Instant Lipton Ice Tea mix, all taste like themselves with Poseidon and/or Blast.

Splenda now makes flavored packets to add to water. They have a Lemon and Raspberry now. They go great with Swell, but I haven't tried it with BLAST because I already like the citrus flavor.
