Is anybody familiar with the product GROWTH from the guys over at Blackstone Labs. I have a few questions that I can't seem to get an answer for. I did get through to a rep at Blackstone Labs and he mentioned to only take the recommended serving on the day's I workout. I only hit weight 3 days a week and I do intense cardio 2 days a week. I tried to contact the rep again, but no luck. I was wanting to know if I should take Growth every day regardless if Its weight or cardio training or just specifically weight days, and if only taken 3 days a week, aside from 5 will I be consuming enough of the product to get the true effects of it. Thanks in advance.
