I’m 41 years old, training and diet is on point. I weigh 260 pounds at 6”4 I’am about to run Dermacrine (5 pumps daily) and Blackstone Labs Chosen 1 for a good 8 weeks......my question is what is a good dose for the Chosen 1? The manufacturers recommendations are far below what I’m seeing others recommend. I’m thinking of 325mg a day (5 pills) but I’d love to hear others opinions/experiences. Thank you.

I think having to use that many pills of a brand is kind of a waste. As for dosing I think your good between 250mg -300 for a stronger cycle.

This. If you have chosen-1 then use those doses. If not look into super mandro- it’s has the university studied 330mg daily dose. The write up of the study is on the post below. It was 8.8lbs in 4 weeks in well trained athletes.

OP - for BBC what is worth, I ran it as my first cycle years back. Personally I just went 350 both 1-andro and 4-andro (upped it near the end).

expensive cycle but good gains. I still look back on it fondly.

As high as you can afford as % of the MG amount on the label is the undecanoate/caprylate ester.

Just an update for anyone interested.....libido definitely took a dive. Energy levels remained constant, mood was stable. Overall a very expensive experiment with very little tangible results.....marginal strength increase and muscle gain however I’d probably have achieved that in that time period anyway given my training, nutrition and recovery is on point. Would not recommend the cycle. PCT will be clomid + otc test booster + sustain alpha.
