I know man!I'm pi$$ed!I posted the same exact pic in another thread.I still have it saved from then.Now it's saying it's too big and I have to manually change it.Well I don't know how,and I spent my 1 minute trying to figure it out!

Well I guess I don't have photoshop...........I have posted the same exact saved pic before.I have posted many others.It says it only allows 800x800,but all my pics are bigger than that.It says it wasn't able to resize it for me,so they must do it the other times,and it's not working now.

Me too.... dude my traps are bricks right now! I sht you not I tried to find my camera earlier to take a pic of my forearms after my wo...They looked pro status.....well not as big but the fcuking vascularity is nutz!!

I have a forearm pic planned for after my cycle!I'll have to see how it comes out first.When I take a pic of my calves,they look like sh!t!But in the mirror,I'm proud of them.......

Nah, don't fight, but have always wanted to. I sometimes do boxing for some short HIIT cardio and get a lot of folks looking when i'm throwing down.

For traps i routinely do shrugs 135x12, 225x10, 315x8 BB (sometimes i'll go to 365x8 every other time), then 100->60 shrugs with DB's back to back with ~15 second rest time.

I've never had anyone make fun of my traps in real life though, so you 4 are the first :lol:

edit: my main 3 suck, I never max out squats because I have a pin in my femur to keep it together (where the femur connects to the hip specifically), so I thank God I can still walk with it, but i can push out 315x5 on a GOOD day (squats suck for me), 355x1 for bench, and 455x1 dead

I don't do sh!t for mine anymore.....Just what happens indirectly.Anyone notice how 9 out of 10 pros say they never train traps directly?

Man that sh!t all started with me..........Like I said,I thought the pic was one issued by AM for not having an avi.As did another cause he said to get an avi.But now it's just one of those things pencil neck.........(see)
