Black socks... without the lint?

So, anyone know of a brand of black athletic socks that won't cover my feet... and my carpet... with lint? Maybe I just never noticed it with white pairs, but the black lint issue always forces me to go back to them.

Well, I've tried Hanes, Champion, FotL, and other standard Target/Walmart varieties, and washing them multiple times never seems to do the trick. When I sweat at the gym, then peel my socks off... black cotton candy. Guess I was just investigating to see if there's a more upscale brand I should try.

I take it from your previous post that this recommendation isn't based on first-hand knowledge. Well, both pairs of my gym shoes are Nike, so my OCD won't be aggravated by this choice. :lol: Thanks.

You think I'm joking about the OCD, don't you? Seriously though, it's just a pain in the ass when you have light carpet. Obsessive people vacuum too much as it is.

I personally wear jeep socks.

They don't lint on the carpet, but it's minimal on the feet.
