Still waiting on my Black Friday order. But not MA Research fault.

Package has just been sitting at the Akron, OH regional distribution center since December 3rd.

I emailed Mike about the shipping just to see if he had any knowledge about what's happening. He sent a kind reply just reaffirming USPS sucks and that those facilities have been on the news there so I googled:

2-day shipping has now become 2-weeks. Mike isn’t going to have an update. This is just totally on the incompetence of USPS.

For sure. Just wonder if he should cut his losses and ship orders with Fedex and take it up with USPS or something. I dunno maybe it will come eventuallY.

No clue. Only Mike can answer that. From what I understand, USPS is the cheapest to ship. I’m seeing a lot of people having issues right now with USPS.

Nothing on my end. Lack of communication is what’s bothering me. I’ll prob place an order somewhere else and get it before this one.

MA’s Reputation is on the line right now imo. With the margins I know he makes, a good business man would just re-ship and break even to save face....if not still make 10% GP.

Sad to say but I’ve had the same problem for over a year now with them. Honestly skip purchasing from them because of this reason. I hope they get it together

Any time you place an order with somebody grey market like this it's a chance you always take. That being said, I've placed numerous orders with MA and never had an issue. And my order was shipped. This technically falls on USPS for not doing their job.

I very much agree... on a lighter note I have had great results from Mike and also have waited many days in the past for a simple return Email.
 
I ordered some items from an Etsy seller in Ohio and they were dropped off at the post office over a week ago with no shipping updates since then. Big game mentioned akron ohio regional facility....maybe ohio usps is a complete **** show and everything moving thru there is being held up?

Yes, it's true. You can google news search and they are having issues in Ohio. I just thought after 3 weeks I'd have my order by now, even with all the issues.
 
I had an order "in transit" for almost 10 days. What got it moving was filling out the missing mail form. Within a day, my mail was moving again. Found out other people have used that trick on Reddit to get their limbo mail moving.

What they will do is call it resolved within 24 hours, via email. However, it will look like they did absolutely nothing, but apologize. Then all of a sudden, it's like your mail exists. I've had mail sent to me most previous holiday seasons, and I've never experienced the USPS this bad before.
 
I heard back from the claim I filed the other day (see previous post). USPS says my package cannot be found and I can file a lost package claim through them.

I know this isn't Mike's fault and this post isn't to speak poorly of him and his company. Just updating others in the similar situation.
 
I noticed my account/login are no longer active on the site. Don't know if they purge account info after a few months, but it caused me to pause my recent order.

Yeah I don’t know but I always had issues with that so don’t even bother with an account.
 
Has any received their package yet? Mine has been in transit since the 8th of Dec. May; consider asking for a refund at this point.

Yes, I have. My order was shipped on Dec 2nd. Got it delivered Dec 23rd. I did file a claim with USPS on Dec. 21 but not sure that helped or not.

I could ship with FedEx, but it costs a lot more. I am hoping USPS will settle down soon. The holidays are always a pain...and this year is even worse for multiple reasons (staff cuts, etc.) Things should be back to normal soon.

Your pack will come. It's just delayed because of the USPS. Obviously, if it took a month, I would be reshipping regardless of what the issue was...but I seriously doubt that will happen (it's never happened before). In worst case scenarios, it seems to be taking up to 2 weeks. I understand that it would be nice if I just re-shipped all delayed packs, but since literally EVERY pack is delayed, I can't do that. Otherwise, I would be reshipping literally everyone's order. Losing the funds on a single reship is not a big deal, but when it's 100's of packs...it would be. I am sure it will arrive soon, if it hasn't arrived already.

Did you send us an email yet? If so, then your pack was probably reshipped already. We always reship lost packs immediately. Customers never have to bear the brunt of problems on anyone else's end. Obviously, delayed receipt of a pack is one thing, but lost packs, damaged packs, etc., are always immediately reshipped.

I have been waiting over a month for my order. It's been stuck in transit with no updates for a month now.
 
I've received a package I placed on the 31st of December and received it on the 6th and two other packages on the 5th of January that I will be receiving on the 12th. Are you going to make this right with the customer,r or are you going to continue to say, I hope you receive your package soon..... Been waiting well over a month now.

Have you been in touch with him via e-mail?

He has been trying to make right with the customer, and he did so on my end.

Three times now, and it's either keep checking your tracking # or hope you receive your package soon. I don't doubt for 1-second others have been in the same boat as me, but I don't feel like writing a 4th email.
 
I just got both my order after mike re shipped them. Thank you for making it right Mike! I’ll order more in the future due to this!
