Interesting thread from many years back suggested that black cohosh could possibly have a benefit in pct. Seth Williams said that it fit the estrogen receptor perfectly. Is this a plant serm? Anyone have experience with it.
The traditional use of black cohosh is for treating symptoms of menopause. It could have estrogenic effects. Effectiveness as a SERM would depend on binding ability as well as how strongly it activates the receptor.
