Biotin ans B5 compete for absorption in the guts.
I am wondering whether taking biotin in the morning at 1600% of daily intake could cause a deficiency in B5 on the long run.
I reckon B5 is in all foods naturally, so it'd be hard to be defficient in the first place.
But my concern is with big doses of biotin competing for absorption.
