Bike or running for better abs?

I'm looking to start doing some slight cardio to cut up my abs up a little bit, just wondering if I should go with bike riding or running ??
 
Diet. No need for cardio really. In any case bike will be easier on your joints and there's some evidence it could be more muscle sparing than running.

This guy nailed it. Its what I came here to say. Diet is everything, but cardio can be added in if you fancy it. I only do 3-4x days a week of 20mins LISS, just because i enjoy it.
