Started using VIRTUS yesterday at
.5ml
My stack is
4AD 345mg
Androvar 600mg

I've been cycling up to this amount and will cycle back down.

Not that it might make any difference, but notice this current batch of Virtus does not have as strong of a red color as the previous batches did in the past.

Concentrating on lowering weight for at least 3 seconds and getting a good squeeze in the muscle.

Adjusting training to every other day since I am about to start working 7 days a week for a couple months.

Seem to be looking a little drier. I can tell in my chest especially. I have a tendency to hold fluid around my nipples since I carry some fat there from being overweight when I was younger. So that's the first place I notice when an AI is working for me.

Does it make it odd that you have to say no-homo when you say that.
 
Have to say I like how quickly it dries as well. Has a slight odor to it but nothing to strong.
I have been using it first thing in the morning.

Nice and full today from some extra carbs over the weekend.
This stack is treating me very good. About 5 weeks in so kicking in good right now
 
virtus should help with keeping you lean....I think I gained 11lbs on a 2 month k1ngslayer ride and ran virtus/invictus after and leaned out real nice-still got 4-5lbs!!!
 
Definitely could tell starting this week that I am leaning out but also filled out especially in my arms and shoulders just by how my shirts fit. Not to mention what I see in the mirror.

Tuesday Workout
120 sec rest between supersets

Finisher- Tabata KB swings

Adjusting my workouts to be quick and efficient to get read for some longer work days coming up.
For my diet I am not tracking as strictly and going with more meal timing.
Giving myself 4 meals a day split 3 to 4 hours apart with a emphasis on protein. Carbs are kept on the lower end and fats moderate. So far so good going with this. Will see how it works out this week.

Also turned 44 today. Another year older but another year better:)

Have to take pictures to appreciate how I look. Sometimes just don't see myself the same in the mirror. Seeing myself as that fat kid.
Happy with my size and working on losing some of this fat.
It's slowly coming off.
VIRTUS has me looking harder for sure and is a great compliment to my stack.
Still dosing at .5ml and seems to be working great!

Today starts about 40 days straight of working. I will be training every other day and will still be on my current stack with VIRTUS.
Still enjoying the effects with keeping me looking tighter and leaner.
Carbs will be going down since workouts will be shorter and won't have as much of an calorie output.
Still working to get leaner during this process.

Still feeling out how I am going to do my workout split. Working on doing a modified full body every other day.
Will have one main exercise of Inclines, Split Squat, OHP and Bent Rows. Then will fill in the rest to hit the other body parts.
Goal is to be quick and efficient but still have some good intensity.

Off day yesterday. VIRTUS still doing it's job with controlling estrogen from how I am looking. Definitely keeping any fluid down. Just looking overall a little leaner and tighter, especially in my chest where I tend to get a softer look at times.

Still dosing at .5ml.
Stack is still the 4AD at 330mg and Androvar at 600mg
Will start to taper down the Androvar starting on Sunday and will drop to 500mg.
