Monday dec. 12. Starting weight 307lbs
Started the workout routine passed to me by matt8483 ( thnx a lot bro)
Back & biceps workout was intense. Transition was nice and everything flowed nicely. Low weight to get me goin and I still felt a damn good burn since I never did a high rep routine before I was surprised. only sup I'm taking now is aminox from bsn. Lovin it already thnx Matt

Tuesday dec 13
Hit day 2 of Matt's routine
Chest & triceps
Again great flow. Had a hard time gettin a good cheat pump due to the fact thaty arms give before I can feel my chest burn. Not to sure but figure as my arms develop itll get better ( any advice is greatly appreciated ). Still felt great through out the whole routine. Again only aminox so far ( any other recommendation on sups )

The only thing I can tell u is make sure ur not using too much weight and make sure ur focusing on working ur chest. It's all about the mind muscle connection. Anyway, glad to hear ur feeling good, that's half the battle. Would recommend trying a pre-workout of some sort. I like LIT UP from Applied nutriceuticals. Good luck. If u have any questions, feel free to ask.

Wednesday dec 13
Day 3 Matt's routine
Legs & shoulders
Now this was definitely the highlight of the routine. Same as before good flow but it also felt amazing. I felt real good after today's workout. Maybe my energy is just goin up as I progress through each day either way I'm feelin good. I feel like a little kid wit endless energy. Cardio didn't even phase me like before. Thursday off day but will likely go for a good walk wit my lady just to keep things flowin.

No prob. I love when people want to help themselves and aren't afraid to ask for help. Getting past the first week is the sticking point. Now, u just have to stay CONSISTENT. That's the key that will open all the doors to ur goals. The pre-workout will definitely give u that extra push to get there, especially on days where u don't feel like training.
