I cant fit in small spaces and I cant fit in duct work so maybe you have a point . I find my self doing push ups in the br with my feet elevated on the sink ;)
 
I can't imagine the kind of trouble you would get in for hacking a satellite.
So are you going to take the sedation on an empty stomach? I see that you take it 30min-2hrs before bed. I was wondering if it's like ZMA at all and to avoid calcium

And , yes sir ... iam taking it at t minus 5 hours and counting sir.

Well sedation has all the stuff that zma has in it. They say not to consume calcium when you take zma because it blocks or fights for the receptors that zinc binds to. So basically just making the zinc less effective. I am just wondering why they didn't add that to the label
 
I think bighulksmash would make an excellent High School Guidance Councelor. Or maybe an Interior Decorator

I think it's the absorption of B6 that calcium inhibits, maybe.

Those are perfect. Add Aerobics instructor; spin class instructor.... cross training uhm trainer; Secretary of State; secretary of defense; or offense, you get the idea.

That's a good point actually, we'll look into adding "to maximize effectiveness avoid high calcium foods/food 45-60 mins before ingesting" or something along those lines. Originally it was not something we considered because some people do like a little snack before bed, it can be hard sleeping on an empty stomach.

I'm glad I could help. I know this is not zma but when I take zma I take it 1 hour before bed. By that time the zma has been in my stomach and digested. From what I read at that time calcium can no longer affect it and it's ok to consume after it's been long enough. I cannot sleep on an empty stomach but doing it this way would still keep its effectiveness.
 
Slept sooooo good woke this morning to intense hand tingling on both hands. Wife said Its the quietest I have slept in out 13 yrs of being together.

When we had our first run of Sedation made for flavor testing, we accidental used regular Niacin instead of flush-free Niacin...within a few minutes of taking that your face got really red and hot really messed us up bad (originally was dosed at 500mg/serving). The current product has flush-free niacin and a lower dosage, but lemme tell you that first batch made you feel HOT.

Noooo it was not a good experience, it feels hot and tingly not a warm feeling. And I took it on an empty stomach and it was very unpleasant on the stomach. I was only taste tested a few flavors and it hit within a few minutes and last about 10 mins. We had another member of the team take an entire scoop to try out and he said it was pretty miserable for about an hour.

**** it lol it's cold as balls right now. It can't be that bad honestly. I'm sure you still have stuff lying around somewhere, I'll be happy to try it out just cause. Not like it'll kill me lol
Besides I have a hard time sleeping with my shoulder, been averaging 4 hours 8 min the past 2 weeks so I'll be happy to use it, even run a log lol
