bigger stronger faster with the help of 5/3/1

Thanks dude. Busy weekend no training. Also got some issue with my lower back, muscle spasms and all that good stuff. Not sure if it's related to training or not, didn't feel anything in the gym. Rolled over in bed one night and it's hurt ever since. Got some muscle relaxers and naproxen. Probably no real training for a week or so, we'll see.

Good day. Put in 12 hrs today a lot of time on my feet and in heat. About 35 min of work time here. Squats got better as the sets went on. Hip torque and core stability improved with each set.
