Great day today. 150x9 is up from 150x6 on week 2 of cycle 1. Strength is coming back pretty quickly on OHP. Hopefully it keeps rolling. I'd like to hit 200 this year. 150x9 puts me at ~195. First time trying to go heavish on incline lost 195 on the unrack really, grove was way off so racked it and dropped the weight. I might be good for 230-240ish on incline lol, hard to say as it's never my main movement. BW pretty steady at 210.
