Good lift today. Very easy as it should be. Working off of a 370 lb max. 52.5% today, move up 2.5% a week for 4 weeks then deload week 5, week 6 start at 55%, rinse wash, repeat. Work sets will be 8 reps, aiming for 3-5 work sets. Accessories aren't as strict, but looking for similar intensities / volume. Weight was 214 this am.
