Pretty blah day. Had some shoulder / elbow pain, not sure where that came from. Thought I could crush it with warm up work, but no deal there. Just didn't feel right at 240 so racked it. From there it was just pissed off at myself work lol. So a little bit of everything. Hit everything from a couple different angles, nice pump, only positive.
