Decent lift today. Took forever to get on a bench.. Wanted to get 4 on 250, probably should of got a spot/liftoff, it was there. Matches PR. I'm okay with 3 though, lower body is pretty fried and I just hit OHP 48 hours ago. Just did some machine work with drop sets, normally don't do any machine work, but the gym was pretty packed, so did what I could.
