Try to lock those knees out before finishing with the hip extension on the sumos. Once the knees are locked it may helped you finish out with the hips more effectively.
I need to try the belt on bench too.

It was funny, on squat day Tuesday, there was a lot of metal coming through the system at a high volume, but as the weights crept up over 8, the guys turned the music down and they got more focused. Not more fired up, actually the opposite.
Nice pull capo! Congrats on the PR. Edit: you need to get your hips as close to the bar as humanly possible and pull back with your upper body. Your leverage isn't great the way you pull now. Rather than reaching your butt back, bring it straight down with your chest coming up. You'll be surprised how much better it is.
