pretty good lift today, only about 50 minutes too. another PR for the week. 185 really wasn't that bad, might have had a second in me. cable work really got the back pumped up pretty good. everything felt great today, dont really feel like i need a deload. feel like im starting to hit a good stride here thanks to increased calories and a little help from supps. will get cycle 12 going either friday or saturday.
