yeah rich cared about price point which was great for us and how it should be

i remember in one series he was scoopin his pre 4-5scoops dont know if it was 5150 or other ... but crazy amount of caff.

As above, I haven’t used BBTD but I did enjoy the series.

The 5150 pre is around 400mg/scoop and I remember the same videos where he was dumping 2-3 scoops in. It gives me a headache thinking about that much caffeine in one go, never mind actually having it.

I don’t know the full story around his death but there seemed to be a fair amount of blame pointed towards the girlfriend/fiance, especially after a call recording came out where he sounded really upset down the phone accusing her of just using him for a visa.

Pretty sad to go out like he did but you live by the mystery powder, you die by the mystery powder.

I was actually a big fan of his show specifically for comic relief and motivation, but the guy also had an actual drug problem. Some of his friends talked about his well hidden drug problem I believe it was with Percocets and oxys. He also had heart disease.

There's lots of things that probably contributed to his death...

You can find men that do drugs their entire life and never have any serious problems, there's a bar down the street from my house that I occasionally will pop in and say hi even though I don't drink anymore and there's no shortage of 50 to 80 year old men sitting on bar stools who have been going to this place regularly for the last 30years. When I drink heavily these guys would be down there every single day so I know what their routines are. You can also see guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Golden era bodybuilders who did steroids the majority of or even their entire life and many of them don't have serious health problems, but what you can't do is be a 45 year old 250 to 300 lb steroid using bodybuilder with a drug and alcohol problem. You've got to pick your poison. Rich stacked all the cards against himself.

And foul Play definitely might have been in there too

Going to agree 100%….along those lines, my good friend has been on gear since the late 90s…taking maybe 4-6 weeks off a year. Everyone would say “this guy will be dead in 5 years “….he is still fine, but doesn’t drink smoke or do any recreational drugs. He is now 52 and still runs test/tren combos. It could also be genetic predisposition etc…

I'm not familiar with bigger by the day but I have thought many times about doing the big all day arms session for fun if I could find a bro to do it with me. just sit at the gym and pound protein and train arms all day.

I don't care what piana did,i asked for this specific supplement if anyone has tried or read any review,

You had a couple of people say that no, they hadn't because they wouldn't.

I think to expand on that, the reasons why would likely be that:
  • The Ajuga Turkestanica doesn't list a % of any active constituent.
  • The HICA is very underdosed at 500 mg - the effective dose of HICA is 1,500 mg.
    • If HICA is of interest, I would go with Muscle Addiction Recovery Fix which has the full 1,500 mg. dose plus a lot more active ingredients and is still less expensive than the product you're asking about.
  • The Epicatechin isn't highly dosed - it's 300 mg. of Green Tea which they state is 90%, so that would be approximately 270 mg. of Epicatechin per 4 capsules.
    • Epi-Plex has 300 mg. of Epicatechin per capsule x 60 servings per bottle and is a LOT less expensive than the product you're asking about.
  • The amount of Leucine (200 mg.) is dosed so low that its no use to even contain it.
I'm not knocking them, that's just the facts about the dosages used in the product.

At the price of that product, you can buy products like Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Pepti-Bolic, Alpha One, BASIS, etc. that all are backed by ingredients with human clinical studies and that provide much better results.

You are clear,end of story

When I read this, I thought of the steroid cycle/diet plan Rich laid out of the same name - I didn’t realize this was also a supplement they sold later.

I was thinking, Who was crazy enough to take grams of gear & eat “12 meals a day” based on a YouTube series?? 😂

You are clear,end of story

I'm glad to help.

I don't think anyone meant any harm by discussing Piana, it usually happens any time that someone mentions the brand. Unfortunately, a lot of the products under the brand just aren't properly dosed and are marketed towards people that will buy them based off their like of Piana rather than the science and dosing.

Bigger by the day was also a whole YouTube series. It was a diet plan to be like 325lbs accompanied by a open pro bodybuilding steroid cycle and his training program.

When you asked if anyone has tried bigger by the day, some of us assumed you were talking about the whole shebang
