Big and full ....med tech

I've got a huge lump on my glutes from big and full , 1ml it's knocked the **** out of me, painfull to walk , Has anyone had this before from this ?

I've been having same problem on 1.5ml. I don't think mine is holding after injection and its crystallizing. I'm about to swap out a new bottle.
