bi workout

Ok, I think I've pushed the b&g's 6 week trainer as far as I can at this point as I just finished my 10th week. I've made good progress for an older dude (put on about 7 pounds and added about a quarter inch to my arms). So I think I'm going to go light a couple weeks and do it again but change up most of the exercises. I've got ideas for most everything except I can't decide on biceps. I was going to do ez curls and then alt. curls, but found Ronnie's old routine in which he does all cable work; ie 1-arm cable curls, cable curls, and then the double bicep pose curls. I was going to modify it and do just one set to failure like Dorian does. Which bi routine do you guys think is better for HIT? Or any other ideas?

I've been doing parallel grip chin ups and 2-3 sets decline curls (both arms at same time) with 60secs rest between sets and I've been havg great results biceps wise. I also alternate dips and 45 degree scull crushers, which contributed to my growth. I only do 2-3 sets direct biceps and triceps workout though.
cin ups are great for biceps, dips are great for triceps.
