BF measurements

I have a caliper to check my BF, but unsure exactly how & where on the body to pinch.
Equation to calculate with numbers I get.
Please help

I actually have an omron scale w/handheld monitor. It says I'm 10-11% BF. but I don't see that in myself

You cannot perform BF measurements yourself. You need someone else to do it for you, if you really want accuracy.

The handheld/scales ones are garbage... Up to 5-7% margin of error.

I like my Skulpt Chisel ($99)for quick and easy self measurements. It has a 1-3% margin of error compared to the Bod Pod machine I have to schedule to use at my old college.
