BF guessing?

Hi Guys!
Can yku plese give me an estimated bf ratio?
My stats are : 6'3" and about 154lb in the morning. The pic is from last night. If needed i can make more. Please dont laugh too hard, I've lost ~67lbs in two months this spring, mostly fat but I'm sure some muscle went away as well (no I was not cutting, just some **** in life).

Ps.:according to scale it is 13.0%
 
You should also submit a picture with the lighting not so much in your favor.
At 13-15 you can make a picture look good with angles and lighting.
At 10-12 your pretty lean.
10> your looking at ab veins.
 
At 6’3 and 154lbs your bf is pretty irrevelanf bro, that’s really light. Just eat and lift for the next year man

That's the plan :) But dont want to gain much fat back. I dont want to try anything other than natty supps.
