Just wondering if you guys could give me an estimate on my current body fat percentage. I was on a cut and down to around 10% then got injured and ate a ton of calories for a little over two weeks and I'm back on it now, so I'd like to know about how much of a setback I gave myself. Height is 5'9-5'10 weight 200 lbs

Maybe 14-15

Don't worry about it though. That can drop easy.

Alright, I'm currently running tren as well so that may make me appear a little leaner/more vascular than I really I am
Push your protein up, eat a slight carb deficit, and fat should slide off.

Tired all the time as well even when I get 8-12 hours sleep. Also feel some slight gyno probably from prolactin levels, I couldn't find anything for it anywhere. Running lower dosed T

Pick up some Prolactrone by BLR. Run 3 caps a day. Will knock down prolactin, even if you are on tren. I'm running it now and enjoying it. There is even a guy that ran bloods of his prolactin while taking tren and prolactrone, and ended up having low prolactin. BLR15 will get you 15 percent off.

I see 8-10% depending on your personal distribution of water weight.

SNS Inhibit P for the prolactin (what I was able to use on my last T/T cycle) - cheap and effective.

As for BF; somewhere low teens, but realistically you look more bloated than actually gained much fat during that period. Clean it up for a week or so and you should be very close to where you were.
