BF% according to scale.

So I bought a new scale. It's a cheap one made by Conair and it has a BF feature. It is measured by passing low current through your body.

Well, I was shocked to see it read 19.5%. I just don't think that's right. I mean I'm not ripped to shreds by any means, but I have visible abs if I flex them. I would have thought I was 15% max.

Anyone use one of these BF scales? Any thoughts on their accuracy?

I always heard that those were inaccurate so I never bought one. I used something similar at the doctor's office a year ago and it said I was at a 37% bf. :/

Can be very inaccurate, especially if you are dehydrated.

Ya man I'm in the same boat. It said I was 22% at 185 and 34" waist. 8 months later I'm 170 31" waist and still 22% haha. Doesn't make sense. And I paid a lot of money for this scale...

In fact, would anyone mind eyeballing my bf%? My scale still says 22% after I've lost 15 lbs and 3" on my belly.
