BEWARE OF DIM IN DOSES OVER 100MG

In most men, 300 mg. of DIM is not going to have a detrimental effect - it is not going to tank estrogen nor increase estrogen. However, some people do seem to have weird responses to it.

I3C is much better than DIM in my opinion and we have many years worth of feedback and bloodwork from people, many of which have posted it here on AM, on Inhibit-E which uses I3C + more.

I bought force factor 200mg I3C because I had some rewards money on iherb, practically got it for free. I'm gonna use it with caution. This and DIM can have a very strong adverse effect on libido. People who take DIM should do blood tests for sure. Because if it incrases libido temporarily and then adverse effects the longer you keep using, then it's not fully understood wheather it impacts hormones or not. I mean it must be? or it's doing something to prolactins
