I know some of you seasoned vets run cycle year around but for someone new to AAS....what kind of time should I take between cycles ...? How long in between

The basic rule is time on + pct = time off. But frequent bloodwork is a better way of going about it.

Pretty much the smartest thing you can do is get bloodwork done before anything to see where your levels are at naturally.
