Better to dose AM pre-gym than post?

Say I take my AM dose ~9-10am. Then workout at 6. Could there potentially be any benefit to taking it preworkout with some fish oil, instead of with my post meal? I take 5-Alpha and stimmed pre's, so I'm not too concerned with lethargy. It never hit me hard enough to worry about it in this matter.

I was randomly looking at 1-DHEA on Google and an article mentioned taking it Pre would be ideal.

Also, how does GMS effect absorption? (GlycerGrow)
 
1. Probly won't notice a difference. The best preworkout steroids are the fast acting ones because you'll get what's called an androgen rush. Dhea products are anything but fast. They're probly the slowest working anabolics you could take

2. No clue on glycergrow. I've read both sides that dhea supplements are fat soluble and aren't fat soluble, so I don't really know what to believe with that. If they are, then fish oil or with food would help absorption
