Better size on phat or leg push pull

Title says it all. In everyone's opinion which one will provide more size gains? I like to get stronger and work with low reps also but size is more overall goal.
 
For muscle mass size & aesthetics I think PHAT is hard to beat.
 
which one do you believe in more? which one can you recover from better? what exact exercises are you doing on each? what's the intensity for each exercises? what's the volume for each?

my point is, and i am not 100% familiar with phat, but what i understand you have a strength day and then a BB day. with a split you would do strength and BB accessory on the same day. but then you hit deads one day and squats another. so you hit strength twice a week instead of one. so in the long run the volume can be same, the intensity can be the same or very similar depending on recovery ability, and the frequency can be very similar. this is what jim wendler calls majoring in the minors.

a great program has a plan for part of it, like the main lift, then you can customize the accessory work to what you need. therefore it has more to do with which one you believe in. which one do YOU think will work better?
