Hey guys,
About 2 months ago I stopped using most of my supplements all together. I stuck with my multi, and whey, and that was it. I used to be using Animal Pump as my preworkout, along with beta-alanine.
After about a month of stopping them, I wanted to see what difference they made, and slowly started to add them back in. I went with simple creatine mono this time, and beta-alanine again for preworkout. The pumps I have been getting lately are insane. It is completely different then an NO pump, a full feeling, that lasts for a while after my workout. The other day I was like hum, I wonder how Animal Pump compares, and I used it. My pumps were weak as hell, and the pump I did get, did not have that extremely full feeling which i was used to.
I tried this experiment 3 more times, using it once a week on the same workout day, and found the same results each time.
It seems as though I get a far better pump just with the creatine mono. Just some food for thought.
